Colm McClean approached the Beyond Mentoring Programme requesting help with his website. His main concern was that the software would not allow his business to take future bookings. If visitors landed on his site they couldn't pre-book rooms. This was especially important as Colm has built up a large client database - many of which come back to stay with him again.
Colm approached Beyond and filled in a Mentoring Form. After Beyond assessed his needs we put him in touch with Beyond Mentor: Domigos Ferreira from Quantum Outsource
Domigos assisted Colm and developed the improvements to his online booking system so that he would be able to accept bookings up to two years in advance and allow for seasonal room pricing.
This allowed Colm to plan better and provide his clients with greater flexibility in their bookings.
Colm has since day one been an early adopter of Facebook and Twitter. He regulary posts his customer's testimonials up on to twitter. Twitter is indexed by Google regulary and this has help Colm become one of the main B&B's in the Newcastle area. Due to his excellent reviews Colm has recently won the Tripadvisor certificate of excellence!
